Your brief stays in your browser
The guide uses prepared answers, without generative AI or an external conversational service. Your answers stay in browser memory during your visit; the website does not save them to an account, cookie or persistent browser storage.
Closing and reopening the guide during the same visit keeps your answers. “New project” clears them; reloading or closing the page clears the guide’s state.
Copy uses your clipboard. Download creates a file on your device. “Prepare an email” opens your email app with the brief: you decide whether to send it. No message is sent automatically. Please leave out passwords and confidential information.
When you contact us
If you choose to send a message, we receive the information you share, including contact details, your enquiry and relevant project information. We use it to reply, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, deliver and support the agreed service.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence, or applicable legal obligations. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients are the entrepreneur and the email or hosting providers needed for these operations. This website does not organise the sale of personal data.
Retention
Unshared guide content stays only in browser memory during the visit. Copies, downloaded files and email drafts subsequently depend on your device or email service.
For an enquiry that does not result in a service, received correspondence is retained for no more than three years after the last contact initiated by the enquirer, and may be deleted sooner.
Where a service is agreed, relevant data is retained for delivery and support. Only records needed for a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may then be archived for the applicable statutory period.
Hosting, security and transfers
The public website is intended to run on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. Log retention depends on technical purposes, applicable obligations and hosting account settings; these logs do not form a TechByVM marketing database.
Vercel is established in the United States and its services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Its processing conditions and contractual safeguards are described below. Account settings and providers used for correspondence must remain consistent with this notice.
Cookies and third-party services
This version adds no audience analytics, advertising pixel or embedded third-party video or social media service. Fonts and videos are served with the website files. The guide’s code does not use cookies or persistent browser storage.
Instagram and Facebook links open those platforms, where their own policies apply. If additional trackers are introduced, this notice and, where required, prior consent controls must be updated.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to certain processing. Send your request to the contact above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. The guide does not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
